Lauren’s love of project management comes from a pursuit of continuous learning. She believes that every project offers the opportunity to discover and grow. When not building schedules and managing budgets, Lauren can be found curled up with a good book, joining a pickup basketball game, or in the kitchen taking on a new recipe.
As a project manager, planning is an important fundamental, but no matter how well you plan, there are still unknowns. Over the last 2 years, unpredictability became the norm. Learning to embrace unpredictability and shift into a more agile mindset has helped me grow as a person, a project manager, and a leader.
I love reading. I was obsessed with Harry Potter and used to get the books the day they came out and read them within a couple of days. I am excited to read these books to my son when he is older.

I would choose bread. Bread is amazing, delicious and comforting.
My favourite place that I have ever been is Spain, specifically Barcelona. The food was delicious, the people were friendly, and the city was vibrant. Swimming in the Mediterranean Sea and lounging on the beach was one of the best vacations.
