Jennifer began her career consulting in Customer Experience measurement, and continues to be passionate about leveraging customer data to design human-centered experiences that integrate emotion and efficiency to propel growth. Her work expanded to include the intersection of brand and customer experience, sales enablement programs, change management, and corporate strategy; working with complex global enterprises to keep customers at the heart of their business growth.
She served in an executive marketing role at Gordon Food Service where she oversaw creative, content, segment, digital, ecommerce, and omnichannel marketing, as well as pricing, communications and PR, customer support, research, and events. More recently, Jennifer was President at Napkyn Analytics, a Google Premier partner and digital marketing analytics services leader. She is now advising independently, including as a mentor and advisor in startup accelerator programs.
