Erin Forsyth is Chief Marketing Officer at Demand Spring, responsible for shaping the firm’s brand positioning, demand generation and go-to-market strategy.
Erin brings more than 25 years of experience leading marketing organizations across complex, high-growth environments, including senior roles at global technology, travel and real estate brands where she oversaw consumer and product marketing, brand strategy, demand generation and customer engagement. Erin has extensive experience building and scaling teams, strengthening brand presence, and aligning cross-functional efforts to drive measurable outcomes. Her approach blends clear vision, operational rigor, and human-centered leadership.
Aside from work, she serves on the Cedar Park Economic Development council and National Charity League philanthropy board. She enjoys time with her family, watching college football and rugby, travelling and spending time with her girlfriends.
