As the Manager of People and Culture at Demand Spring, Dani is responsible for identifying, leading and delivering key strategic HR initiatives to support Demand Spring’s vision, and short and long-term goals.
In a mission to end the “Sunday scaries,” Dani loves to partner with leadership to optimize organizational effectiveness, creating a culture of collaboration, kindness and growth.
When she is not working, you can find Dani either spending time with her family, studying something new or trying to get used to the Ottawa weather – where she has lived since 2016, when she moved from Sao Paulo.
