Wisdom Wednesday, Episode 80 | Shrinking Marketing Budget, Advice from a CMO

For episode 80 of Wisdom Wednesday, I’m joined by CMO and Leap Advisor, Dave Laverty to discuss the sharp drop in marketing budgets in 2021 according to Gartner’s Annual CMO Spend Survey. Dave shares his insights on what was responsible for the drop, how CMOs should prioritize budget allocation, and how they insulate themselves from future budget reductions.

As we head into 2022, it’s the perfect time for Marketing teams to show the value they can add to their organization’s vision.

That’s it for 2021, see you in the New Year for more Wisdom Wednesday!
